Jan.2.2015 年始 "Kickstart My Heart"

新年がスタートしました。
信楽では元日の夕方から雪になり、今朝は久しぶりに雪景色でした。
犬には正月も雪も関係なくて、いつも通り朝5時30分から散歩しています。
雑煮とお節料理、それと仕事先から分けて頂いた搾りたての吟醸酒で正月らしい食事です。
僕は酒の良し悪しが分からない人間でしたが、蔵元で新酒を何種類も飲んでその味と香りの複雑さに驚いています。今の蔵元の酒は濃厚さが特徴で、口にたっぷり含んで舌全体と鼻でゆっくり味わうと、味の形というか空間やイメージが浮かび、それが種類によって全く異なるのです。
日本酒はとても美味しくて面白いです。今さらながら開眼しました。

一年の間には、年始に予想もしていなかった素晴らしいことも起こります。
昨年は犬と暮らし始め、ヘムスロイド村のフェアに出店し、林業ができなかった代わりに酒造りができました。
今年も日々の変化を楽しみ、夢を信じて一歩づつ進みます。

そうそう、2月にMotley Crueが来日しますね。僕も当然参戦します！

The New Year started. It snowed in Shigaraki from the evening of New Year's Day, and it was a snow scene after a long absence this morning. Both New Year holidays and the snow have nothing to do with a dog and take a walk as usual from 5:30 a.m.

It is a meal only by New Year holidays with soup containing vegetables and rice cakes for New Year's Day and New Year dishes, it and fresh quality sake brewed from the finest rice.

I didn't know the quality of sake, but I drink several kinds of young sake by the liquor brewing that I work and am surprised at the complexity of the taste and fragrance. The taste that the sake making with this liquor brewing is thick is a characteristic. When I fully take sake in a mouth and taste it with the whole tongue and a nose slowly, space and the image that seem to be form of the taste float, and it is different by a kind at all. The sake is very delicious and is interesting. It is nothing new to say I became able to see.

During one year, it is generated that is splendid that I didn't expect it in the beginning of the year. I began to live with a dog last year. In addition, the work of the sake brewing was possible while forestry wasn't possible. I enjoy a daily change, and I believe a dream, and by one step advances this year. 

Oh, yes, MotleyCrue will visit Japan for a concert tour in February. Of course I go to the concert!
